This online study can be accessed from anywhere on a phone or other device. It assesses recall of swearing episodes across the lifespan. Taking approximately 15 minutes, we are seeing speakers of English as their first language, aged 18 years or over and able to answer questions online. Click here to take part.

2.  Experiences of movement in cars and rollercoasters

In this online study, which takes approximately 15 minutes, you will be asked to watch some videos of driving and riding in a rollercoaster, to answer some questions about your impressions while you were watching, and to rate your driving skills and driving experiences. Anyone over the age of 18 that holds a full or provisional driving licence may take part. Click here to take part.

3. Effect of vocal expression on bodyweight exercise performance

This online study assesses how vocal expression including swearing can affect people, in body and mind. In this online study you will be asked to perform a physical task – a chair push up – and complete some questionnaires. Participation takes approximately 30 minutes and is open to any fit and healthy person aged 18 years or over, who speaks English as a first language.
